it is a legit chicken foot painted in gold. Kinda creepy right? But I LOVED it! Jason Couture is the designer and he is a local SF jewelry designer. He uses animal bones...very go green of him haha. He had more necklaces that were all vertebrae of a deer. 
Michael and I named him Petrie... he loves lady gaga and hanging out with me duh.
